NOTICE Notice is hereby given that Points West Community Bank, Windsor, Colorado, has made application to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation for consent to merge with State Bank of Downs, Downs, Kansas. All of the offices of the above-named institutions will continue to be operated as offices of Points West Community Bank, Windsor, Colorado. This Notice is published pursuant to Sections 303.7 and 303.65 of the Rules and Regulations of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments in writing with the Regional Director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at its Regional Office, 1100 Walnut Street, Suite 2100, Kansas City, Missouri 64106 not later than May 9, 2026. The nonconfidential portions of the application are on file at the Corporation's Regional Office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours.
