ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS PUBLICATION OF COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS & LEGAL NOTICES CITY OF FOND DU LAC, WISCONSIN NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that separate sealed proposals to publish in English (a) City Council Proceedings, (b) City Legal Notices, will be received in the City Clerk's Office, City-County Government Center, 160 South Macy Street, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin 54935 on or before 12:00 Noon, Friday, May 1, 2026 at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read in the City Clerk's Office for the publications required by law to be published in said City for the ensuing year. (Wis. Stats. 985.01 and 985.06). An Affidavit of Publication shall be submitted on all legal notices. The fees for publishing the above shall not exceed those established in Section 985.08, Wisconsin Statutes. The successful bidder will enter into a contract with the City of Fond du Lac for such publication and printing. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
