Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Dodge County Land Resources and Parks Committee on Monday, August 10, 2026, at 7:05 PM or shortly thereafter on the First Floor (Meeting Rooms 1H and 1I) of the Administration Building, Juneau, Wisconsin On the petition of the Dodge County Land Resources and Parks Committee to consider the enactment of an ordinance imposing a moratorium for purposes of giving sufficient time to evaluate and possibly revise the Dodge County Land Use Code, the 2045 Dodge County Comprehensive Plan, the Dodge County Farmland Preservation Plan and any other related plans, policies or regulations involving the subject of “data centers”. A copy of the proposed Moratorium Ordinance is on file in the Dodge County Land Resources and Parks Department and can be accessed during normal business hours.   All persons interested are invited to attend and be heard.
