NOTICE TOWN of OAKFIELD PLAN COMMISSION HEARING and TOWN BOARD SPECIAL MEETING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at N3349 Oak Center Road at the Town Hall in Oak Center, the Town of Oakfield Plan Commission will be conducting a public hearing on the application of The Towers, LLC (d/b/a Vertical Bridge) for a special use permit to construct a new mobile service support structure and facilities (a/k/a cell tower) on real property located at W7664 Highbridge Road. The hearing is open to the public, and all interested parties are encouraged to attend. A quorum of the Town Board may be in attendance for information gathering purposes but will not take action during the hearing. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that immediately following the above-described public hearing, the Town Board of the Town of Oakfield will meet to receive the recommendation of the plan commission and to take final action thereon.
