The City of Van Buren, Arkansas is requesting statements of qualifications (SOQ) from firms interested in providing services for engineering and land surveying for 2026 City of Van Buren Capital Improvement projects including, but not limited to, streets, drainage, bridges, and parks. The city reserves the right to request qualifications for specific projects that may occur during the year. To be considered, one (1) electronic copy or three (3) hard copies of the SOQ shall be submitted to Julie Jett, Mayor’s Assistant, by Tuesday, January 20, 2026, 12:00 P.M. at jjett@cityofvanburenar.gov or 1003 Broadway Street, Van Buren, AR 72956. Qualifications will be accepted throughout the year, but to be assured you are considered for evaluation for all 2026 projects, SOQ must be received by the advertised deadline.
