NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Destin Harbor & Waterways Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at 5:30 P.M., at Destin City Hall Annex, 4100 Indian Bayou Trail, Destin, Florida, to consider the following: 1) A public hearing regarding a Residential Marine Construction application (HWB-001666-2025) at 722 Harbor Boulevard (Parcel ID: 00-2S-22-0701-000L-0060). The proposed scope of work includes an extension to the existing terminal platform, as well as the construction of two (2) new finger piers, for a total of 100 square feet of new construction. 2) A public hearing regarding a Residential Marine Construction application (HWB-001671-2025) at 510 Norriego Road (Parcel ID: 00-2S-24-2186-000F-0220). The proposed scope of work includes the construction of a roof structure to cover the existing upland cut, overhanging into the canal by approximately two (2) feet.
