NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Destin Harbor & Waterways Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 10, 2025, at 5:30 P.M., at Destin City Hall Annex, 4100 Indian Bayou Trail, Destin, Florida, to consider the following: 1) A public hearing regarding a Residential Marine Construction application (HWB-001693-2025) at 5 Cross Court (Parcel ID: 00-2S-22-1609-0000-0030). The proposed scope of work includes the removal of the existing dock, as well as the construction of a new residential dock with two (2) covered boat slips, for a total of approximately 2,408 square feet of new construction.
