To David Stanfill (“Defendant”), having a last known address of 9236 Brookledge Avenue, North Canton, Ohio 44720, but with the present residence/address of Defendant being unknown and not ascertainable with reasonable diligence: On December 17, 2025, St. Paul Properties Fund XII, LLC (“Plaintiff”) filed a Complaint against Defendant in the Stark County Common Pleas Court  pending as Case Number  2025CV02687 for breach of a Commercial Lease  Agreement and Defendant’s guaranty thereof. Plaintiff is seeking judgment against Defendant for damages (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) in excess of Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00).
