To David Stanfill (“Defendant”), having a last known address of 9236 Brookledge Avenue, North Canton, Ohio 44720, but with the present residence/address of Defendant being unknown and not ascertainable with reasonable diligence:
On December 17, 2025, St. Paul Properties Fund XII, LLC (“Plaintiff”) filed a Complaint against Defendant in the Stark County Common Pleas Court pending as Case Number 2025CV02687 for breach of a Commercial Lease Agreement and Defendant’s guaranty thereof.
Plaintiff is seeking judgment against Defendant for damages (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) in excess of Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00).
Defendant is required to answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiff’s Complaint within 28 days after the last publication of this Notice (which will be published once a week for 6 consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on July 14, 2026).
If Defendant fails to timely answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiff’s Complaint, default judgment will be entered against Defendant.
