NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A PUBLIC HEARING will be held on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 4 p.m. in the Council Chamber at Fort Walton Beach City Hall, 107 Miracle Strip Parkway SW, to include the second reading of the following ordinance, at which time the City Council will consider its adoption into law. The ordinance in its entirety may be inspected online at www.fwb.org or in the office of the City Clerk during normal business hours. All interested parties are invited to appear publicly at the meeting to be heard by the Council in respect to the proposed ordinance.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR AUTHORITY; PROVIDING FOR FINDINGS OF FACT; PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF CODE OF ORDINANCES, CHAPTER 4 FINANCE AND TAXATION SECTION 4.01.02 PURCHASING; APPROVING THE REVISED ADMINISTRATIVE POLICY NUMBER FIN-09, PURCHASING; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
