NOTICE OF JUDICIAL SALE PURSUANT TO § 45.031, FLORIDA STATUTES TO DEFENDANTS, DIANDRA CHUNG, AND ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 8, 2026, in Case No.: 2025-CC-4408 of the County Court of the First Judicial Circuit in and for Okaloosa County, Florida, in which Gulf Terrace Condominium Association, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Diandra Chung is the Defendant, I, Brad E.
