NOTICE OF JUDICIAL SALE PURSUANT TO § 45.031, FLORIDA STATUTES
TO DEFENDANTS, DIANDRA CHUNG, AND ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 8, 2026, in Case No.: 2025-CC-4408 of the County Court of the First Judicial Circuit in and for Okaloosa County, Florida, in which Gulf Terrace Condominium Association, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Diandra Chung is the Defendant, I, Brad E. Embry, the Okaloosa Clerk of Court and Comptroller, will sell at public sale the following described real property
Unit 207 of Gulf Terrace Condominium, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 694, Page(s) 657 through 710, inclusive, and according to Supplemental Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 741, Pages 883 through 889, inclusive, and re-recorded in Official Records Book 742, Pages 916 through 922, inclusive and modified in Official Records Book 811, Page 739, and Pursuant to Survey Plat Plans and Graphic Description of Improvements recorded in Condominium Book 1, Pages 6 and 7, all of the Public Records of Okaloosa County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
The sale will be held on July 8, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Central Standard Time to the highest bidder or bidders for cash at the website of www.okaloosa.realforeclose.com, in accordance with §45.031, Fla. Stat.
