All Persons wishing to speak after presentation will be limited to three (3) minutes C. A spokesperson representing a special interest group will be allowed ten (10) minutes for such a presentation. Any unused time will not be afforded to succeeding speakers. D. Persons speaking in opposition of the project will speak first after the presentation. E. Anyone speaking in favor of the project will be allotted the same time to provide their comments. F. Time allocation and subject matter allowed is left to the sole discretion of the Town Chairman, without recourse. G.
