NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF LITTLE SUAMICO COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT Please take notice that a public hearing will be held on a proposed amendment to the Town of Little Suamico 20-Year Comprehensive Plan. The public hearing will be held by the Town Board on December 1st, 2025, at 6pm at the Town Hall, 5964-A County Rd S, Sobieski, WI 54171. The proposed amendment is intended to update the comprehensive plan to include the Town of Little Suamico Highway 41/141 Corridor Master Plan and add references to this plan. Copies of the proposed amendment are available for review at the Town Hall by appointment only by contacting the Town Clerk, by mail at 5964-A County Rd S, Sobieski, WI 54171, by phone at 920-826-7655, or by email lsclerk@townoflittlesuamico.wi.gov. A copy of the proposed amendment is also available on the County website at https://www.co.oconto.wi.us/. The public is invited to speak on the proposed amendment at the Public Hearing. Written comments may be submitted prior to or at the public hearing. Any questions, written comments, or requests for a copy of the proposed plan amendment should be directed to the Town Clerk. Written comments will be given the same weight as oral testimony and be part of the public record.
