NOTICE On October 29, 2025, a resolution was offered, adopted and approved by the Village of Pulaski, Brown, Oconto and Shawano Counties, Wisconsin (the "Municipality"), whereby the Municipality authorized and directed the issuance and sale of up to $12,500,000 Combined Utility Revenue Bonds, Series 2025B. The closing on these Bonds will be held on November 12, 2025. A copy of all proceedings had to date with respect to the authorization and sale of said Bonds is on file and may be examined in the office of the Village Clerk. This Notice is given pursuant to Section 893.77, Wisconsin Statutes, which provides that an action or proceeding to contest the validity of such municipal financing, for other than constitutional reasons, must be commenced within thirty (30) days after the date of publication of this Notice.
