Bids will be received at the Owner's address above, WI 54157, c/o Laura Kahles, Site Manager, until 1:00 PM local time on December 5, 2025, at which time and place all bids will be officially opened and read aloud. Bids not received by the indicated time will not be opened. Project Description: Approximately 1,000 sq. ft. interior build-out, plus overhead door openings, insulation and wall coverings converting an existing truck garage into a manufacturing and lab facility. Includes interior steel stud wall/ceiling systems, mechanical equipment installations, concrete trenching, natural gas and other plumbing improvements. All work is within an existing heated building except for proposed exterior HVAC units. Demolition of existing partition walls and mezzanines is complete. An Optional Pre-Bid Meeting will take place on November 21, 2025, 1:00 PM at the project location, at 970 Frontage Road, Peshtigo, WI 54157. The Owner reserves the right to award additional alternates up to 45 days after awarding base bid project. This contract shall be awarded to the contractor selected by the owner at their discretion.
