ORDINANCE NO. 2026 - 04 CITY OF OCONTO OCONTO COUNTY, WISCONSIN AN ORDINANCE REGARDING REVISIONS TO THE GOVERNMENT AND ADMINISTRATION ORDINANCE IN THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF ORDINANCES FOR THE CITY OF OCONTO THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OCONTO, OCONTO COUNTY, WISCONSIN, DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: I. ADDITION. Section 13-5-23 of the City of Oconto Municipal Code of Ordinances is hereby revised as follows: Sec. 13-5-23. - Maintenance Responsibilities. (a) Each lot owner shall keep their property, all contiguous street right-of-way to the edge of pavement and easement areas, in a well maintained, safe, clean and attractive condition at all times. Such maintenance includes, but is not limited to the following: (9) Keeping the front yard area clear of any and all motorized vehicles, including but not limited to ATV, UTV, golf cart, lawnmower, boat, motorcycle, snowmobile, etc., as well as any and all non-motorized items, including but not limited to trailers, bikes, household furniture and goods, toys, yard maintenance equipment and accessories, tents, etc. Keeping the front yard area in a healthy and attractive condition. II. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance shall be adopted under suspension of local rules, and shall take effect upon passage and publication as provided by law.
