Project Description: The project includes milling and repaving Blue Heron Drive, Nightingale Drive, Falcon Drive, Redhawk Drive, Golden Eagle Ct, and a portion of Pelican Drive. The project also includes reconstructing existing water services in accordance with the plans and specifications
Prospective bidders must be on the plan holders list through QuestCDN for bids to be accepted.
Robert E. Lee & Associates, Inc., requires bidders to prequalify 5 calendar days prior to bid opening.
No Bidder may withdraw his bid within 45 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
The letting of the work described herein is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin State Statutes, in particular 62.15, 66.0901, and 66.0903.
