Invitation to Comment on a Proposed Communications Tower Facility This notice is to serve as an opportunity for members of the public or permitting agency to provide comment regarding potential effects to historic properties within one-half mile (0.5mi) of the location of a proposed 105-foot (109ft overall) monopole telecommunications tower in the City of Green Bay, Brown County, Wisconsin. Approximate coordinates for the proposed tower location: 44 - 30 – 37.01N, 87 - 54 – 46.42W (44.510281, -87.912894).
