NOTICE OF Application for Aquatic Plant Management Permit Cason Land & Water Management, LLC will apply for a permit from the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources for treatment of the stormwater pond and adjacent drainage ways located near 3557 Miners Way (Approximately 3 acres) in the City of De Pere. Treatments will be conducted using EPA registered herbicides and algaecides for the purposes of controlling invasive and nuisance aquatic plants, during the summer growing season (April-October). Cason Land & Water Management, LLC will conduct a public information meeting on the proposed treatments if five or more individuals, organizations, special units of government, or local units of government request one. The meeting will provide citizens a chance to learn more about the proposed treatments based on information provided to citizens attending the meeting. A request for a public meeting on these proposed treatments must be made within five days after this notice is published. The request must specify the property, topics to be discussed at the meeting, including problems and alternatives, and must be sent in writing to Cason Land & Water Management, LLC PO Box 230, Berlin, WI, 54923 and copied to the Department of Natural Resources c/o Craig Helker 1027 West St Paul Ave, Milwaukee WI 53233.
