ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS The City of Gastonia will receive sealed proposals until 1:00 PM, THURSDAY, NOVEMVER 20, 2025, in Room 131 of the Garland Center, 150 S. York Street, for SNYDER PLACE OFFICE RENOVATIONS at which time and place bids will be opened and read aloud. A pre-bid conference will be held at 9:00 AM on THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 6, 2025, at the project location, 151 Snyder Place, Gastonia, NC 28052. Bidding Documents may be viewed online and ordered by registering with the Issuing Office at https://bidroom.duncan-parnell.com/ Following registration, complete sets of Bidding Documents may be purchased and downloaded from the Issuing Office's website as "zipped" portable document format (PDF) files. The cost of printed Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office will depend on the number and size of the Drawings and Project Manual, applicable taxes, and shipping method selected by the prospective Bidder. Cost of Bidding Documents and shipping is non-refundable. Upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder's delivery method of choice; the shipping charge will depend on the shipping method chosen. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of the Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. The City of Gastonia reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. Project Description: Renovation of half of the existing building at 151 Synder Place. The interior space will contain offices, bathrooms, storage space, and a lecture hall. There is also an exterior ramp and two potential alternates. The other half of the building is an operational Health Clinic.
