MUSC Health and Clemson University Student Health Center Trade Partner Outreach Event Rodgers Thompson Turner will host a Project Information and Outreach Session to discuss the construction of the MUSC Health and Clemson University Student Health Center on Thursday, January 15, 2026 at 4:00 pm at Clemson University, Madren Conference Center, 230 Madren Center Dr, Clemson, SC. The project is a state-of-the-art Medical Office Building (MOB) and Human Performance Research Center on Clemson's main campus. The MOB is being constructed on Clemson's commuter lot C1 and will serve as the anchor to Clemson's newest quad. The three-level, 90,000 sq ft building includes fully fit clinical, diagnostic, and imaging spaces, and dedicated research areas. It will include approximately 13,500 sq ft of future ambulatory surgery space. Bid Packages include Masonry, Sealants, Carpentry & Casework, Doors-Frames-Hardware, Ceramic Tile, Floor Finishes, Wall Finishes, Specialties, Signage, Window Treatments, Landscaping & Irrigation.
