BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that in accordance with the provisions of the Land Use Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland, and the provisions of the Williamsport Zoning Ordinance, the Board of Zoning Appeals for the Town of Williamsport, Maryland, will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 5:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers, Town Hall, Williamsport, Maryland, at which time the parties in interest and citizens will have an opportunity to be heard relative to the following applications:
Docket No. W-156-2026-06 #01- To hear a request by Martin Keadle, II for a Variance for side yard setback on the construction of a single family detached dwelling at 17 E. Frederick Street, Williamsport, MD. Article 4, Section 401.A.1 of the Zoning Ordinance for the Town of Williamsport requires approval from the Board of Zoning Appeals for the requested Variance The said property is located in Town Residential Zoning District.
