Town of Boonsboro Request for Proposals for Engineering Services during Construction and Construction Management & Inspection Notice is hereby given that separate sealed bids for Engineering Services during Construction and Construction Management and Inspection of the Improvement Plans MD 66 (Maple Avenue) Chase Six Blvd & Campus Avenue located at 10 Campus Avenue, Boonsboro, MD 21713 will be received by the Town of Boonsboro, from qualified Contractors at the Town Hall, 21 N. Main St., Boonsboro, Maryland 21713, until 3:30pm EST on March 5, 2026. Any bids received after this time will not be accepted under any circumstances. Bidders with demonstrated experience in municipal and State road construction and with an interest in making their services available to the Town of Boonsboro are invited to respond to this RFP. A Pre-Bid Conference for this project will be held at Town Hall on February 23, 2026, at 11:00am, and will be followed by a site visit at 10 Campus Avenue, Boonsboro.
