Notice of Veterans Affairs Board Vacancy The Hillsdale County Board of Commissioners are seeking candidates to appoint to the Veterans Affairs Board for two (2) vacant alternate positions for a partial two (2) year term, expiring 12/31/2028. Veterans Affairs Board Members provide mission-based leadership and strategic governance. While day-to-day operations are handled by the Director and Deputy Director, the board ensures the organization has adequate resources to fulfill its mission.
