PUBLIC NOTICE TO ALL CREDITORS: Helen Irene Wines, surviving Grantor and Trustee of the Donald L. Wines and Helen I. Wines Revocable Trust, who lived at 2251 North Waldron Road, Pittsford, MI 49271, was born on 9-22-1940 and died on 8-1-2025. At this time, there is no personal representative of the settlor's estate to whom Letters of Administration have been issued. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Donald L. Wines and Helen I. Wines Revocable Trust u/a/d 8-22-2007, as amended on 8-5-2013, and on 7-13-2021, will be forever barred unless presented to either James D. Wines of 11782 Teachout Road, Onsted, MI 49265 or Patricia H. Knapp, of 14355 Willow Trace, Hudson, MI 49247, Successor Co-Trustees, within four months after the date of publication.
