NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING City of the Village of Douglas Planning Commission The Planning Commission of the City of the Village of Douglas will hold a Public Hearing on November 13, 2025, at 6:00 pm, to consider the application submitted by Mark Lauterbach of Lauterbach Architecture on behalf of the Wildwood Lane Association, requesting PUD Amendment approval to allow the installation of a new monument sign under Section 27.12 Amendment of a PUD of the City of the Village of Douglas Zoning Ordinance at the Wildwood Lane Condominium PUD. This application is available at the City of the Village of Douglas offices for public examination and review during normal business hours. Interested persons may submit comments in writing before the public hearing or appear in person at the public hearing to become part of the hearing record.
