The Planning Commission of the City of the Village of Douglas will hold a Public Hearing on November 13, 2025, at 6:00 pm, to consider the application submitted by Matt Boonstra of Midwest Construction Group on behalf of the Interurban, requesting Special Land Use amendment approval to construct an addition under Section 25.07 Amendments to Special Use Permits of the City of the Village of Douglas Zoning Ordinance at 100 E. Wiley Rd, Douglas MI, 49406 (Parcel #: 59-016-101-00).
This application is available at the City of the Village of Douglas offices for public examination and review during normal business hours. Interested persons may submit comments in writing before the public hearing, or appear in person at the public hearing to become part of the hearing record. The City of the Village of Douglas will provide necessary and reasonable aids and services for disabled persons upon 7 days prior notice to the City Offices at (269) 857-1438.
