NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PORT SHELDON TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION
Please take notice that a Public Hearing will be held at the Port Sheldon Township Hall, 16201 Port Sheldon Street, West Olive, Michigan, by the Port Sheldon Township Planning Commission on February 25, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. to hear and consider the following matter(s):
Request from David Stebbins of Redstone Land Development for a rezone from Commercial (C) to Residential (R-1) at the southeast corner of US-31 and Stanton Street, south of Camino Drive, a portion of parcel no. 70-11-01-300-020.
Request from David Stebbins of Redstone Land Development for an amendment to the Planned Unit Development (PUD) at Ventura Townhomes for an additional 28 apartment townhome units at the southeast corner of US-31 and Stanton Street, south of Camino Drive, a portion of parcel no. 70-11-01-300-020.
Request from Brian Lubbers for Special Land Use for total Accessory Building area to exceed 4000 sq. ft., Zoning Ordinance section 14.10.5.E, at 8655 West Olive Road, West Olive, MI 49460, parcel no. 70-11-12-200-057, Zone Agriculture (AG-1).
