NOTICE TO CREDITORS IRREVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT FBO TERESA LYNN BERNOTT TO ALL CREDITORS: The Decedent, Teresa Lynn Bernott of 8276 Fairwood Drive, Jenison, MI 49428, the initial beneficiary of the Irrevocable Trust Agreement for the Benefit of Teresa Lynn Bernott u/a/d January 8, 2010 (the "Trust"), was born in 1954 and died February 12, 2025. The Trust was created by Thomas V. Bernott as Settlor. There is no Personal Representative of the decedent's estate to whom letters of administration have been issued and this notice is given by the Trustee of the decedent's Trust pursuant to MCL 700.7608. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Trust will be forever barred unless presented to Thomas V. Bernott, Trustee of the Trust, or by commencing a proceeding in the Ottawa County Probate Court, 414 Washington Avenue, Grand Haven, Michigan 49417, within 4 months of the date of publication of this notice.
