Salem Township Legal Advertisement Public Hearing Amendment to Solar Energy Ordinance The Salem Township Board of Supervisors, 15 TWP BLDG RD, HAMLIN, PA, 18427, will hold a Public Hearing on October 14th, 2025, at 6:00PM to review an amendment to Chapter 85 Solar Energy. The amendment is drafted to clarify definitions and also increase property requirements, the Board of Supervisors finds that the regulations promulgated by this Ordinance are necessary to achieve the following purposes, To protect and provide for the public health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of Salem Township; and to ensure the adequate and safe development and use of property located in Salem Township the public and municipal officials, and answer questions about the project. The public shall be afforded an opportunity to ask questions and provide comment on the proposed ordinance amendment. Following the Public Hearing, the Township will consider said Ordinance for adoption at its regular meeting on October 14th, 2025 also held at the Salem Township Municipal Building 15 Twp Bldg.
