WAYNE HIGHLANDS SCHOOL DISTRICT INVITATION TO BID    In accordance with the provisions of the Pennsylvania School Code, the Board of Directors of the Wayne Highlands School District, Honesdale, Wayne County, Pennsylvania will receive bids for ATHLETIC SUPPLIES. Bids will be received until 2:30 P.M. prevailing time on the 20th day of April, 2026 at the Wayne Highlands School District Office at 474 Grove Street, Honesdale, Pennsylvania 18431, at which time all bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids are to be submitted to Mr. Jeff Firmstone, Business Manager, in sealed envelopes plainly marked "ATHLETIC BID".  The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive any formalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the Board for the period not to exceed 30 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of the bidder prior to the awarding of the contract.
