PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Blooming Grove Township Board of Supervisors will conduct a Public Hearing, and thereafter may vote upon and potentially enact a Fire Escrow Ordinance pursuant to Act 93 of 1994. If passed, the Ordinance will require that upon a fire loss to a structure located within the Township; an insurance company shall place in escrow with the Township $2,000.00 for each $15,000.00 paid toward the loss, for the purpose of ensuring financial responsibility for the timely and complete removal of the remaining structure. The proposed Ordinance is available for review at the Township Building during regular business hours, Monday–Friday.
