PUBLIC NOTICE / REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) West Ascension Parish Hospital Service District Donaldsonville, Louisiana   The West Ascension Parish Hospital Service District (“District”), authorized by Resolution No. 15A, hereby solicits Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) from qualified persons or firms interested in providing professional Architectural and Engineering Services (“A&E”) for the design of a planned hospital (“Project”) to be owned and operated by the Board of Directors of the West Ascension Parish Hospital Service District, located in Donaldsonville, Louisiana.   The selected firm(s) will provide professional architectural and engineering services related to the planning, design, and development of the proposed hospital project, in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.   Submission Deadline: RFQs must be received on or before Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at 4:00 P.M. (Central Time).
