NOTICE OF OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC COMMENT ON PROPOSED SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE LOUISIANA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY AND QUALAWASH HOLDINGS, LLC The Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality and Qualawash Holdings, LLC (Respondent), Agency Interest Number 26272, have entered into a proposed settlement agreement, Settlement Tracking No. SA-AE-25-0075, concerning the State's allegations of environmental violations by Respondent at its facility in Ascension Parish, Louisiana, which allegations are set forth in Notice of Potential Penalty, Enforcement Tracking No. AE-PP-23-00475. The Department of Environmental Quality will accept comments on the proposed settlement for the next forty-five (45) days.
