ONE CERTAIN TRACT OF LAND, SITUATED ON THE LEFT DESCENDING BANK OF BAYOU LAFOURCHE, PART OF SECTION #35, T-18-S, R-21-E, MEASURING ONE HUNDRED FEET (100') FRONT ALONG OCTAVIA LANE; BY A DEPTH OF ONE HUNDRED EIGHT (108') FEET. BEING BOUNDED IN FRONT OR TO THE SOUTH BY THE AFOREMENTIONED OCTAVIA LANE; BOUNDED TO THE BACK. OR NORTH BY THE PROPERTY OF LEVI CHERAMIE; BOUNDED TO THE EAST BY LOT NUMBER THREE (3) OF BLOCK A OF THE EMILE BRUCE SUBDIVISION; AND BOUNDED TO THE WEST BY OCTAVIA LAND (A CROSS STREET), ALL BOUNDARIES BEING NOW OR FORMERLY. SAID TRACT IS MORE FULLY IDENTIFIED AS BEING LOT NUMBER TWO (#2) OF BLOCK A OF THE EMILE BRUCE SUBDIVISION AS PER SURVEY OF BOBBIE F. WARREN, CE., DATED FEBRUARY 1966. BEING THE SAME PROPERTY ACQUIRED BY LINDA TANNER DOUCET, BY ACT OF PARTITION OF COMMUNITY PROPERTY DATED DECEMBER 16, 1987, BETWEEN LINDA TANNER DOUCET, AND EDISON DOUCET, SR., PASSED BEFORE CARLTON J. TOGETHER WITH ALL THE BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, AND ALL OF THE RIGHTS, WAYS, PRIVILEGES, SERVITUDES, APPURTENANCES AND ADVANTAGES THEREUNTO BELONGING OR IN ANYWISE APPERTAINING.
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of $32396.92 DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
