By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE directed to me by the Honorable 17th JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF LAFOURCHE, State of Louisiana, dated: 11/24/25, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shall proceed to sell at online auction on 03/11/26, beginning at 9:00 a.m., and bids may be entered on the platform having the following electronic address: www.bid4assests/LPSOSheriff to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
Property will be sold in as is condition.
A certain tract of ground situated in the Parish of Lafourche, State of Louisiana, on the left descending bank of Bayou Lafourche at about 40 miles below the City of Thibodaux, measuring one hundred twenty-five (125') feet front on Amelia Street by a depth of eighty and 85/100 (80.85') feet, more or less, on its western line and a depth of ninety-five and 08/100 (95.08') feet, more or less, on its eastern line; said lot is bounded on the front or south for a distance of nine (9') feet by Amelia Street, then a distance of one hundred sixteen (116') feet by property of Octave Dantin, above or north by property of Mrs. Clay Vice, now or formerly, on the west by property of Michael Terrebonne, now or formerly, and the north half of Amelia Street and on the east by property of Horace Autin; being the eastern nine (9') feet of Lot 6 and the western one hundred sixteen (116') feet of Lot 14 on the plat showing properties of Henry B. Kilgen, estate of Mr. & Mrs. Marcelien Autin, Mrs. Clay Vice, estate of Mrs. Amelia Danos Autin and Octave Danton, Section 35, T18S, R21E, Cut Off, Louisiana, Lafourche Parish, dated May, 1964, by J. Wayne Plaisance, subject to a right of way fifteen (15') feet wide on the south side for a continuation of Amelia Street on the western one hundred sixteen (116') feet of Lot 14.
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of $13019.22 DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
