BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED,, That by Virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE emanating from the above named Court in the above entitled and numbered suit and to me directed, this date of 12/10/25, I, TIMOTHY SOIGNET., SHERIFF, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, have seized and will offer for sale at public auction WITHOUT appraisal to the last and highest bidder, in the Court House Annex at the Goode Street Entrance located at the Northeast corner of the Court House Annex in the City of Houma, Louisiana, on 3/18/26. Between the hours of 10:00 O’Clock A. M. and 4:00 P. M., the following described property, to wit:
One certain lot of ground, situated in the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, being known as LOT NO. TWENTY-NINE (29) of ADDENDUM NO. EIGHT (8) of SUMMERFIELD PLACE SUBDIVISION, as per map entitled "Addendum No. Eight (8) Summerfield Place Subdivision" prepared by the office of Duke-Milford, Consulting Group, dated April 10, 1978, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Court, Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, under Entry No. 569614; said Lot No. Twenty-nine (29) measuring a front of Seventy-seven (77') feet on the southerly side of Maria Court, by depth between equal and parallel lines of One Hundred Fifteen (115') feet, having a width across the rear of Seventy-seven (77') feet; said lot being bounded as follows: Northerly by Maria Court, Southerly by Lot No. Twenty (20), Easterly by Lot No. Thirty (30), and Westerly by Lot No. Twenty-eight (28), all of said Addendum No. Eight (8) to Summerfield Place Subdivision, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
