By virtue of and in obedience to a directed to me by the Honorable ASCENSION 23RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF ASCENSION, State of Louisiana, dated: Monday, November 3, 2025, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shalI proceed to sell at public auction at Governmental Annex 828 South Irma Blvd Gonzales, LA 70737 of which the Civil District Court of the Parish of Ascension is held on WEDNESDAY, MARCH 25, 2026, at 10:00 AM, to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
ONE CERTAIN LOT OR PARCEL OF GROUND, TOGETHER WITH ALL THE BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED THEREON, SITUATED IN THE PARISH OF ASCENSION, STATE OF LOUISIANA, IN THAT SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TIIB MEADOWS AT OAK GROVE, THIRD FILING AND BEING DESIGNATED AS ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-SIX (186) ON THE OFFICIAL PLAN OF SAID SUBDIVISION ON FILE AND OF RECORD IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK AND RECORDER OF SAID PARISH AND STATE, SAID LOT HAVING SUCH SIZE, SHAPE AND DIMENSIONS AS ARE SHOWN ON SAID MAP.

And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of: THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY NINE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY TWO DOLLARS AND ONE CENT ($389,422.01) DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney's fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
