A CERTAIN LOT OR PARCEL OF GROUND, TOGETHER WITH ALL THE BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, AND AN OF THE RIGHTS, WAYS, PRIVILEGES, SERVITUDES, AND APPURTENANCES AND ADVANTAGES THEREUNTO BELONGING OR IN ANYWISE APPERTAINING, SITUATED IN THAT SUBDIVISION OF THE PARISH OF ASCENSION, STATE OF LOUISIANA, KNOWN AS BOCAGE PLACE, AND DESIGNATED ON THE OFFICIAL SUBDIVISION PLAT ON FILE AND OF RECORD AS ENTRY 148630, IN THE RECORDS OF THE CLERK AND RECORDER FOR THE PARISH OF ASCENSION, STATE OF LOUISIANA, AS LOT NUMBER THIRTY-FOUR (34), SAID LOT HAVING SUCH BEARINGS AND DIMENSIONS AND BEING SUBJECT TO SUCH SERVITUDES AND BUILDING LINE RESTRICTIONS, ALL AS MORE PARTICULARLY SHOWN ON THE OFFICIAL SUBDIVISION PLAT.
