REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Product and Janitorial Supplies   Sealed bids will be received on June 15, 2026 by the Terrebonne Council on Aging, Inc., at Terrebonne Council on Aging, Inc. Operating Center, 995 W. Tunnel Blvd., in Houma, Louisiana until 2:00 P.M. at which time sealed bids shall be publicly opened and reviewed in the Terrebonne Council on Aging, Inc. Conference Room. Notice of award will be given by June 22, 2026. Selected provider must be able to begin supplying products starting July 1, 2026. Provider agrees to deliver ordered products to 510 Bragg St. Houma, LA within 3 business days after order is placed.   Bid documents are posted on https://www.terrebonnecoa.org/ .   Each bid shall be hand delivered by the bidder or sent by United States Postal Service registered or certified mail with a return receipt requested.   Submit in person to: 995 W. Tunnel Blvd.  Houma, LA 70360 Mailed to: P.O. Box 8036 Houma, LA 70361   No bid received after the scheduled time for opening will be considered.
