SECTION A INVITATION TO BIDDERS   Sealed bids will be received on June 26, 2026, by the Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government (TPCG) Purchasing Division, at the 301 Plant Road, Houma, LA 70363 until 2:00 P.M as shown on the Purchasing Division Conference Room Clock, and TPCG shall at that time and place publically open the bids and read them aloud.   Bid documents are posted on http://www.centralauctionhouse.com/rfp.php?cid=65. Vendors/Contractors have the option to submit their bids electronically or by paper copy. Failure of the U.S. Mail to deliver the bids timely shall not be considered due cause for the scheduled time of the bid opening to be extended.   Project Name: Krumbhaar Area Gas Line Improvements   Project No: 25-GAS-44   Engineer’s Estimate: $ 540,000.00   Project Description: The work consists of providing all equipment, labor and material necessary to construct approximately 5,000 linear feet of 4” and 2,500 linear feet of 2” gas lines to replace and upgrade the existing gas line and services. The designated replacement area will include but is not limited to Krumbhaar Subdivision, Louisiana Highway 311, Polk Street, and Progressive Square Subdivision all according to design specifications and plans.   Bids must be submitted on the Louisiana Uniform Public Works Bid Form furnished with the Bidding Documents. A single set of Bidding Documents shall be issued at the cost of reproduction to contractors who are licensed by the Licensing Board of Contractors.   This Project shall require a Louisiana Contractors license number for MUNICIPAL AND PUBLIC WORKS CONSTRUCTION.   Bidding Documents for this Project are on file in the office of the Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government, Purchasing Division, 301 Plant Road, Houma Louisiana and may be obtained from David A. Waitz Engineering and Surveying, Inc., at 1107 Canal Boulevard, Thibodaux LA 70301. In accordance with Louisiana Public Bid Law, prime bidders shall be charged a deposit of $175.00 and upon return of the plans and specifications in good (unmarked and reusable) condition within ten (10) days from the bid date shall be refunded the full deposit. All other persons requesting plans and specifications shall pay a deposit of $175.00 and shall be refunded the remainder from the cost of reproduction ($112.00), upon return of the plans and specifications in good (unmarked and reusable) condition within ten (10) days from the bid date. The cost of mailing, if required, shall be billed separately for an additional non-refundable $10.00 charge. Good condition is defined as free of all pencil, pen, highlighter, and other marks, free of significant tears, and free of missing sheets of pages. Please contact David A.
