NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING AND ELECTION OF DIRECTORS FOR BIG BEND GROUNDWATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT NO. 5
Notice is hereby given to landowners and water users within the boundaries of the Big Bend Groundwater Management District #5, that an annual meeting will be held on Thursday, February 17th, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at Stafford County Annex located at 210 E 3rd St, St John, Kansas. In this meeting, there will be an election for directors to represent Barton County, Rice County, and Edwards County to serve for a three-year term. Such other business as may properly come before an annual meeting may be transacted at this time.
