GMD Roundtable LEGAL NOTICE Pursuant to the concepts of open meetings, the board of directors of the Big Bend Groundwater Management District #5 (District) is announcing their participation in Kansas Groundwater Management District's Board Member Roundtable to be held February 3rd, 2026, from 1:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. CST, at The Hyatt Place Topeka, 602 S 6th Ave, Topeka, Kansas. Following the Roundtable there is a Legislative Reception from 4:30 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. CST at The Celtic Fox 118 SW 8th Ave, Topeka, Kansas. The majority of a quorum of District board members may or may not be present during the roundtable event and reception. Regardless of District board attendance, no District business will be conducted, and no board action(s) will be taken. Only general discussion is planned for issues of mutual interest and concern.
