Invitation to Bid INVITATION TO BID Key Construction is soliciting proposals for Sedgwick Fire-EMS Station #31 project located at 320 N Washington Ave, Sedgwick, KS 67135. Key Construction is committed to Section 3 compliance for this project. Priority employment and contracting opportunities are available for low and very low-income individuals and businesses in our community. Competitive proposals will be accepted until 9:00am (CST) on September 30th, 2025. Proposals can be submitted electronically via email to tkheckart@keyconstruction.com. Scope of Work: Construction of a new Fire/EMS station. The building is approximately 9,840 square foot pre-engineered metal building with block and brick exterior. This project will be compliant with Section 3.
