To all persons deemed interested in the Planning Board acting under the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Chapter 40A, Section 9, and all amendments thereto and the Town of Barnstable Zoning Ordinances you are hereby notified of a Public Hearing to consider a request for a Special Permit Application No. 2025-005.
The applicant, Dunrovin LLC, has requested relief from Section 240-24.1.7.B.3(c) for façade buildout requirements. Per section 240-24.1.4.B.3(c) of the Town Ordinance, this relief can be sought via a Special Permit from the Planning Board. The applicant proposes a façade buildout percentage of 40.2%, where 80% is required. The subject property is located at 27 Crocker Street, Hyannis, Assessors Map 327, Parcel 188, zoned Downtown Village (DV).
The Planning Board meeting shall take place in person at the James H. Crocker, Jr. Hearing Room, Barnstable Town Hall, 2nd floor, 367 Main Street, Hyannis, MA.
The meeting will be televised live via Xfinity Channel 8 or high definition Channel 1072. It may also be accessed via the Government Access Channel live stream on the Town of Barnstable’s website:

Documentary exhibits and/or visual presentations should be submitted in advance of the meeting to Karen.pina@town.
