Small to Citizens Bank of Massachusetts, and now held by Citizens Bank, N.A. f/k/a RBS Citizens, N.A. s/b/m Citizens Bank of Massachusetts, said mortgage dated December 13, 2005 and recorded in the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Book 20696, Page 338, as affected by Judgment dated December 10, 2025 and recorded in said Registry of Deeds in Book 37366, Page 80, as affected by a Loan Modification dated June 29, 2017 and recorded in the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Book 30816, Page 238; for breach of the conditions in said mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing the same will be sold at Public Auction on March 5, 2026 at 12:00 PM Local Time upon the premises, all and singular the premises described in said mortgage, to wit:
