C-O-MM Fire District Announces Election and Annual Meeting The Centerville-Osterville-Marstons Mills Fire District announces that nomination papers are available beginning Monday February 9, 2026, for the offices to be elected on Monday, May 18, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Centerville Fire Station, 1875 Falmouth Road, Centerville. To be elected are one member of the Prudential Committee for a three-year term, one Water Commissioner for a three-year term, and one Fire Commissioner for a three-year term. Nomination papers may be obtained at the District Office at the Centerville Fire Station, 1875 Falmouth Road, Centerville. The nomination papers must be turned into the Town Clerk by 4:30 p.m., Friday, March 27, 2026, for verification of signatures and returned to the District Clerk by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, April 10, 2026. Nomination papers must be signed by at least 50 registered voters of the District. The last day to withdraw previously submitted nomination papers is Friday, April 17, 2026. The Annual District Meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. Anyone wishing to submit an article for the Annual Warrant may do so by having a petition signed by at least 50 registered voters of the District. Petition forms must be obtained from the District Clerk's office. Any article so submitted must be filed with the Town Clerk by 4:30 p.m., Friday, March 27, 2026, for verification of signatures and returned to the District Clerk by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, April 10, 2026.
