Coastal Affiliates, MHC NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF CORPORATORS The 2026 Annual Meeting of Corporators of Coastal Affiliates, MHC, doing business as Cape & Coast Bank, will be held at 4:00 o'clock p.m. on April 28, 2026 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Cape Cod, 287 Iyannough Rd, Hyannis, MA. The Annual Meeting is for the purpose of considering and acting upon: The election of Corporators, Trustees, and Officers of the Corporation.Such other matters as may come properly before the Annual Meeting or any adjournments thereof.
