Governing Framework and Method: This solicitation will be conducted pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30B using competitive sealed proposals (RFP). For eligibility and award: "responsive" means a proposal that conforms in all material respects to the RFP requirements; "responsible" means a proposer who demonstrates the capability, integrity, and reliability to perform.
Premises Offered: 20 Tom's Way, Unit A, Sandwich, MA 02563.
Three-room office, approximately 500 sq. ft., shared restrooms with neighboring office, utilities included; no AC or plumbing in office; six (6) parking spaces; tenant responsible for any approved remodeling costs.
Inspection/Viewing: Wednesday, June 10, 2026, from 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
Proposal Deadline, Opening: Award Proposals must be received by Monday, June 30, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. EST at Sandwich Housing Authority, 20 Tom's Way, Sandwich, MA; late submissions will not be accepted. Proposals will be opened in a manner consistent with M.G.L. c. 30B for RFPs; price proposals will remain sealed until evaluation of non-price components is complete. The Authority will select the most advantageous proposal from a responsive and responsible proposer, taking into consideration the evaluation criteria and price.
