NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF BARNSTABLE LICENSING AUTHORITY NEW ANNUAL DAILY LIVE ENTERTAINMENT AND AMEND DAILY NON-LIVE ENTERTAINMENT LICENSE In accordance with MGL c.140, an application has been filed by 235 Ocean Partners LLC dba The Break, 235 Ocean Street, Hyannis, for a new annual daily live entertainment license and amending the daily non-live entertainment license. Applicant requests up to 3 live, amplified, performers on the outside covered patio, daily until 10:00 p.m. They propose to increase the daily non-live entertainment license by adding 2 TV's on the 2nd floor (inside), 2 TV's on the 1st floor (inside), 1 TV on the 1st floor covered patio (outside). Non-live entertainment will be commensurate with alcohol service hours. Said hearing will be held on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon following as practical in the Barnstable Town Hall building, James H. Crocker Jr. Hearing Room, 2nd Floor, 367 Main Street, Hyannis. Public comments are welcome, in person, at the time of the public hearing.
