NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF BARNSTABLE LICENSING AUTHORITY NEW DAILY LIVE AND AMEND DAILY NON LIVE ENTERTAINMENT In accordance with MGL c.140, an application has been filed by Sam Diego's Inc. dba Sam Diego's, 950 Iyannough Road, Hyannis, to amend the daily non-live entertainment license to include recorded music below conversation level and 9 TV's and to add new daily live entertainment to include live, non-amplified music with 2 performers. The applicant proposes to host trivia, bingo, paint night, theme nights such as board games. Hours of all entertainment will be commensurate with their alcohol licensed hours; Sunday – Thursday 11:30am to 10pm and Friday & Saturdays 11:30am to 11pm. Said hearing will be held on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon following as practical in the Barnstable Town Hall building, James H. Crocker Jr. Hearing Room, 2nd Floor, 367 Main Street, Hyannis. Public comments are welcome, in person, at the time of the public hearing.
